Dear HTML Editors,

I have a suggestion for XHTML 2.0:
User Agents should be required (*must* for user agent conformance) to support XML Inclusions (XInclude) as specified by http://www.w3.org/TR/xinclude/. Currently XML Inclusions are a working draft, yes, but I 
think XML Inclusions will become a recommendation before XHTML 2.0 will become a working draft in last call.
