There's a minor error in the HTML 4.01 specification document in section 16 "Frames" http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/present/frames.html. In section 16.5 "Inline frames: the IFRAME element", the attribute 'name' is specified twice, under "Attribute definitions" and under "Attributes defined elsewhere". In section 16.2.2 "The FRAME element", the descriptions for attributes "marginwidth" and "marginheight" don't seem clear to me. The text is currently "This attribute specifies the amount of space to be left between the frame's contents in its left/top and right/bottom margins." Space between what?
