There's a minor error in the HTML 4.01 specification document for the element <TEXTAREA> under "17.7 The TEXTAREA element" http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/interact/forms.html#h-1 7.7). The attribute 'accesskey' is specified in the DTD fragment, but is not specified under "Attribute definitions" or "Attributes defined elsewhere". I assume the following text, under "17.11.2 Access keys" http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/interact/forms.html#ade f-accesskey is correct: "The following elements support the accesskey attribute: A, AREA, BUTTON, INPUT, LABEL, and LEGEND, and TEXTAREA.
