error report for "Modularization of XHTML, W3C Recommendation 10 April 2001"

Dear editor,

while reading the specification I also tried the example, that is included 
in the zip-archive.
In the file "inventory-qname-1.mod", line 38, there are missing the 
double-quotes in the
declaration for the ENTITY.

I include a copy of the changed file.
