Format Error in HTML 4.01 Spec Printed Version

Hi...
A couple of days ago I printed the HTML 4.01 Spec. The video
presentation does not have the bug, only the printed version.
The format problem first appears on the pinted page 4 of 19 in 3. On
SGML and HTML. The problem is that the column width is only about an
inch wide and this results in a whole page being required to print just
a paragraph. The problem appeared throughout the printed copy of the
spec.
