Some errors in http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/WD-xhtml-modularization-20000105/xhtml_modules.html In 4.8. Client-side Image Map Module it is not stated to what content set map belongs to (but states that table belongs to Block) 4.14. Metainformation Module It does not say to what content set it is added or tat it added to the content of head. 4.15. Scripting Module It adds script to Block, but does not mention that script may (? Should?) also belong to the content of head. In 4.16. Stylesheet Module it says that style belongs to Block content set where it should be added to the content of head. In 4.19. Legacy Module it says that this module adds base to the content of head. I think it may be useful to define a content set of head-content.
