Error in 3.3.4.2 and Appendix A.

Dear editors, I found two (typographic?) error.

This DTD example in section 3.3.4.2 (in HTML 4.0 1999/04/24):

    selected     (selected)  #IMPLIED  -- reduced inter-item spacing --

is corrected in HTML 4.01,

    selected     (selected)  #IMPLIED  -- option is pre-selected --

but there is no comment for selected attribute declaration in DTDs.

And there is no information about this correction in appendix A.
