Dear Sir. I will ask a quiestion about usage of FIELDSET element on HTML 4.01. When browsing the HTML 4.01 DTD, the definition shows the following: > <!ENTITY % block > "P | %heading; | %list; | %preformatted; | DL | DIV | CENTER | > NOSCRIPT | NOFRAMES | BLOCKQUOTE | FORM | ISINDEX | HR | > TABLE | FIELDSET | ADDRESS"> > > <!ELEMENT BODY O O (%block;|SCRIPT)+ +(INS|DEL) -- document body --> Does that mean what FIELDSET is just one of block-like elements and able to directly become contents of BODY through none of FORM element?
