a minor typographical error

I'd like to report a typographical error on HTML 4.01 spesification,
on page:

http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/struct/global.html

In subsection #h-7.4.4.2 talking about the META element, just above
"Meta data profiles" (#h-7.4.4.3) reads:

<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-5">

There is one " missing, it should read:

<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset="ISO-8859-5">


I'll report more as I read along (if there are any) ;-)
