The new XHMTL draft [1] may need a change to the minimal XHTML document:

    "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/strict.dtd"&gt;
should read
    "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"&gt;
