Greetings. This e-mail is to inform the editor of the HTML 4.0x specification of a possible missing attribute of the FRAMESET tag. However, the attribute may have just been removed from HTML in standard HTML 4.0; hence, I refer to it as a possible mistake. Virtually every existing user agent that supports frames has the BORDER attribute to control the gap between adjacent frames within the frameset (a value of "0" indicates no gap).
