http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/PR-xhtml1-19990824 I think the link to the errata and status should be absolute and not be part of the zip file, so that people always get the latest version which is on our server. I think the DTDs and Entity Sets should be included in the HTML spec itself, at least so that they appear in the PostScript file. Right now the PostScript reads: <<<<<<<<< A.1 Document Type Definitions These DTDs approximate the HTML 4.0 DTDs. It is likely that when the DTDs are modularized, a method of DTD construction will be employed that corresponds more closely to HTML 4.0.
