Hi,

I have found a small error in the HTML 4.01 Proposed Recommendation
(and in the HTML 4.0 Recommendation).

>From the DTD:

<!-- Scope is simpler than axes attribute for common tables -->
<!ENTITY % Scope "(row|col|rowgroup|colgroup)">

Shouldn't this be _axis_ and not _axes_? This information is of
course repeated in the DTD fragment in the chapter 11, Tables.
