Hi, http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/objects.html#adef-width-IMG says: "User agents should do their best to scale an object or image to match the width and height specified by the author." ...but there's no real guidelines on what should be done when one of HEIGHT or WIDTH is missing. Many current browsers assume a scale factor which preserves the IMG's aspect ratio -- IMHO the right decision. Can this be specified in a future HTML spec?
