In http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-html-in-xml/ 4.1.2, "XHTML documents must use lower case for all HTML element and attribute names." I object. Tradition suggests that all HTML element and attribute names should be in upper case. Look at any book on HTML, say "Cascading Style Sheets" by Hakon Wium Lie and Bert Bos. Robert J.
