# 3.) On SGML and HTML

Hello!

When selected,  #3.) On SGML and HTML, within Table of Contents ofHTML
4.0 Specifications document, causes Netscape Communicator 4.8 to quit. I
have tried relaunching Communicator several times and clicking on
variious topics witihin this section, but it shuts down Communicator
every time.

Any suggestions on how I can access this particular section? All the
other topics are working fine.
