HTML 4.0 Specification, Chapter 24, Character entity references There seems to be an error in one of the entity definitions in part 24.4.1 under «General Punctuation»: U+201A, single low-9 quotation mark, is given the entity name «sbquo», while the pattern established by «lsquo», «rsquo», «ldquo», «rdquo» and «bdquo» suggests that «bsquo» is intended.
