Can anyone else shine a light on this? In the HTML 4.0 specification (http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/) the use of FRAMESET doesn't mention the "border" attribute. It is only specified as attr. for IMG, OBJECT, and TABLEs. If I want to stick to the HTML 4.0 specification, how do I make a zero-spacing between frames - <FRAMESET rows="*,100" border=0> works, but is it a HTML 4.0 specification? Sorry, if this question is too trivial ...
