HTML 4.0 translation

Hi,

I've looked for a hungarian translation of HTML 4.0 specification, but
couldn't found it.

I'd like to ask you, if there's , or will be hungarian version of HTML
4.0.

If there isn't, then i'm thinkin' about translating on my own. I'd like to
ask, if it is possible to put the translation onto the official w3c page.
