encoding error in rec/intro/sgmltut.html

Dear author of TR/1998/REC-html40-19980424

I used Netscape Navigator 4.02 on Windows 3.11.

When trying to read your page /rec/intro/sgmltut.html my browser crashed.
This happened also when viewing the zipped version offline. The culprit
seems to be 

<li><a class="tocxref" href="#h-3.3.4.2"><span class="index-def"
title="boolean
attribute|attribute::boolean"><dfn>Boolean attributes</dfn></span></a>

in the "Contents" box. When changed to

<li><a class="tocxref" href="#h-3.3.4.2">Boolean attributes</a>

everything goes fine.

Since I'm not (yet) an expert in these matters, I thought I'd refer this
instance back to you.
