Discrepancy between text and DTD in HTML 4.0 spec

Hi,

I just noticed that the description of the FORM element in
HTML 4.0 specification mentions an ACCEPT attribute (as the
last attribute in the attribute definitions in "17.3 The FORM
element"), but neither the DTD fragment before the definitions
nor the DTD itself mentions it at all. My guess is that it was
inadvertantly omitted from the DTD.
