dereferencing

    You may see this as harrasment but it is not intended this way.
    Under the heading 'The BASE element' on the first page of the cougar draft the word dereferencing is used. It does not appear in my dictionary. I am an html novice and have no idea what you are trying to say. at the bottom of that demo the sentace 'The image is deferenced to' is used. again I have no idea.
