Hi, I'm Nechi Giang from Mobile, Alabama and I would like to volunteer to
translate the html 4.0 specifications in Vietnamese. As much time as I
spent on the web surfing, I see a growing status for the Vietnamese people
online. If possible, I would like to help you as would help them.
