Translation to Arabic

I would like to help in translating the HTML 4.0 Documents into Arabic.
My name is Rami Awad Tarawnah, I'm a lecturer  in the Mechanical
Engineering department in Jordan University.
I'm trying to find some people here at the University to help me in the
translation.
Once I found any more volunteers I will inform you.
