HTML for hebrew

I'm ready to take a look in the HTML/4.0 product, in order to help in
its hebrew translation.
By the way, the main trouble in hebrew has to do with the special font
set and the right-to-left writing direction. This, I guess, could be
catered by the right heb-buttons.
