The report on the error "IW" for "HE" as the language code for Hebrew is
no longer relevant. Thus, the text currently visible in
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html40-updates/html40-errata.html
which says: (in the FAQ section)
"Although reference [ISO639] in the HTML 4.0 references lists "iw" as
the code for
Hebrew..."
is no longer applicable, since I have corrected the text of the
reference.
