I have corrected the text in http://www.sil.org/sgml/iso639a.html (Language Codes, from ISO 639) as per the information forwarded to me by Misha Wolf, correcting not only the 2-char language code for Hebrew (now 'HE'), but also, the five other changes indicated as originating in RFC 1766, as representing the decision of the ISO 639 Registration Authority. Thanks to those who have alerted me of the need for these changes. I will promptly make any other changes/updates as needed, on the recommendation of your experts.
