This is regarding a probably minor error in the description of
acceptable TABLE SCOPE attribute values.
As it is now:
"col: The current cell provides header information for
the rest of the row that contains it."
Shouldn't this be:
"col: The current cell provides header information for
the rest of the column that contains it."
