some bad links in HTML4 specification

Dear Sir or Madam,

I recently downloaded from www.w3.org the new July 8 specification for
HTML 4.0 in gzip'ed tar file form (http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-html40/html40.tgz)

Once installed on my machine, I noticed that two files (sgml/sgmldecl.html
and sgml/entities.html) contained links to "./references.html" instead of
links to "../references.html". I made the correction on my local copy, but
thought you might want to know this in order to correct the original version
at your site as well.

Best regards,

Bertrand Ibrahim.
