Hello, I'm studying your HTML 4.0 draft that was released today. The first thing that I noticed was that the contents.html page [URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-html40/contents.html or http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-html40-970708/contents.html ] is missing the required <TITLE> element from the head section. Other than that and the two sections that say they are "to be written" I am very impressed with the draft. Thank you. -- E.
