This email is announcing IBM Lotus Forms version 3.5, the latest release of the XForms-powered software suite for designing and deploying high-precision enterprise forms applications and business user data collection applications. The software suite includes a new module called Lotus Forms Turbo that enables the non-technical user with a webtop design, deployment and analysis experience for their data collection applications in the office. Similarly, the design environment for enterprise forms now includes a new perspective for less technical users integrated with the forms application architect perpective. The enterprise forms run-time offerings include business process accelerators, a rich client plugin for offline forms processing, and the Web Form Server, which provides the XForms-powered Lotus Forms documents to end-users without a plugin via HTML and AJAX. The Web Forms Server now supports IE, FireFox and Safari browsers and can optionally include a small browser-specific download for supporting standard XML Signatures on XForms-based Lotus Forms documents. Further information and free trial downloads are available at http://www-01.ibm.com/software/lotus/forms/ Thanks, John M.
