Error in XForms Test suite 4.3.7.a from David Landwehr on 2007-08-20 (www-forms@w3.org from August 2007)

The test XForms Test suite 4.3.7.a in the testsuite seems to be an 
invalid testcase if "bypassing the normal event flow" means that the 
xforms-rebuild is *not* dispatched. If however it means something else 
it would be nice with a clarification.
