hello! i've tried the "get" method, but i get the XML instance file as a plain text document. And what i wanted is to be able to edit this XML instance through a GUI. did i do something wrong, or i have to use something else instead of "get" method? Kind regards, Simina rk Birbeck <mark.birbeck@x-port.net> wrote: Tamasoiu, Just add another submission like the one you have, but with a method of 'get'. You could let the user invoke this submission with a trigger, or you could put it on the load of the form (xforms-model-construct-done or xforms-ready). I'm using the XML Forms Generator to generate XForms from an XML instance file. But i would like to know how can i edit the XML instance document through the XForm GUI? i was thinking about using this submission method: method="put" id="submit"/> Okay, it works, but how can i open the instance XML form, back into an XForm, so that the user can add more content to the same XML instance? Thanks for your support and for the replies from before! ________________________________ Brings words and photos together (easily) with PhotoMail com> - it's free and works with Yahoo!
