Question about dispatching the MIPS notification events

Dear Working Group,

I have a question about whether the Model Item Property (MIP) 
notification events[1] are dispatched after a rebuild when a MIP is 
removed which leads to a state change. E.g. if contraint="false()" is 
removed in rebuild must controls bound to the node get the xforms-valid 
event?

Please see the testcase for a complete example with explanation.
