Urgent help for multipart/form-data

Hi,
        I want urgent help for libwww. Can anyone give me working example 
of  C code to upload a file to http server through method post with 
multipart/form-data. On server there is java servlet which will take care 
once data is reached .I have written it but its not been working after lot 
of efforts. 
      This libwww is getting on my nerves. Can anyone help me in this 
regard.
