Greetings, the effect you are looking for is a visual one, i.e. a set of "panes" that are stacked vertically and use tabs to bring one of them to the surface. XForms defines abstract controls which can be used in any modality not just visual. That said, the <switch> & <case> can be used to achieve the effect you are looking for. The switch element is the container for the mutually exclusive alternatives and the choice element is the container for one alternative. To enable one of the cases to become the "selected" case it is necessary to use a toggle action. There is another mechanism which may be appropriate to your need that is what is called "model switching" and uses the @relevant model item property. I have seen that the 1.0 working draft speaks about xforms:subpage. why does this subpage was removed??? When i search on the net, it appears that i must use the switch element. it seem more complicated than subpage. Is there a simple way to create tabs for a page in xform?
