the Chiba project has released two new versions:
- Chiba Core 1.2 now addresses most of the corrections of XForms 1.0 
Second Edition and has been further improved in many areas.

- Chiba Web 2.0.0 RC1 is a new generation of our server-side XForms 
integration with an AJAX interface that offers the user a client-side 
experience while working with all major browsers.

Chiba is open source and can be downloaded from 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/chiba.
