Hi, I am just learning about XForms and I wonder how much control the XForms author has over the appearance of a form control. It seems the appearance attribute can have a few pre-defined values (full/compact/minimal) or some user-defined value. How do I control the interpretation of these values? We currently have an HTML form in which we use some Javascript in place of the standard select form control. We do this to get a customized look and feel for the select drop-down. How do I create customized appearance if we migrate to XForms? Thanks in advance, Xiao Ma
