Embedding an applet in an XForm

I am relatively new to XForms but would like to embed an applet, it is
actually a WYSIWYG editor called JXHTML, into an XForm.  The editor can
generate rich XHTML and the form would contain other form elements.  When
the form is submitted the XML sent back to the server would contain both the
content of the form elements and the XHTML.  Any ideas?
