XForms CR - 6.1.6 constraint property

Hi again,

The example within section 6.1.6 "the constraint property" seams a little bit odd to me, bacause I can't imagine how or better say why (in that case) the processer should compare two string values with a "greater than" operator. 
Wouldn't it be better to say "!="?
