It was the difficulties in making comparisons clearly in situations like that 
you mention above that led to my question.

We have been discussing this as if the term "XForm" does not exist in the 
XForms specificatoin but it does. We have, for example, elements such as <
xform:xform>.

Surely we can, without too much controversy, take "xform" from being merely 
an element type name (and conventional namespace prefix) to being an accepted 
term in the XForms specification?
