Hi Rodrigue, we have modified the XForms terminology since the last draft. The new one should be clearer. Essentially, the model is everything but the user interface, in particular, it is the information represented as descendants of the "xform" element. That is why we are about to rename the xform element to model in the next draft. The element now called "model" is being renamed to "schema". However, as I write this, I realize that even the new draft doesn't have a terminology entry for "model". I hope the Working Group can fix that.
