XForms model example - payschema.xsd

Is there a complete xsd file describing the XForm model example described in
the spec? The document in section 2.7 refers to a model file
"payschema.xsd", but this file is not shown anywhere in its entirety - just
bits and pieces in Chapter 5. It would be much easier to understand the
model if someone could put together this file in its entirety.
