In the XForm UI, there is no equivilent for the XHTML
<input type="file"/> control.  I realize that this
is handled in part by the XForm Model.  However, in
XHTML the file input is rendered as a combination of
a text box and a button (to allow for browsing).

How do I represent this in XForms UI?
