XForms WD 20010608 - the vanishing <inputText> element

I think there is another small inconsistency in the WD.

In the example at the end of Chapter 2.4 there are two uses of an "<inputText>
" element. I assume this element now does not exist and has been replaced by 
the <textbox> element.
