XForms WD 20011207 - Questions

Hi,

There is a new XForms WD on the W3C site:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-xforms-20011207/index-all.html

I understood from the August WD that this was to be a Last Call WD. But the 
new WD refers to the next one being Last Call.

Can any member of the WG clarify please?
