Editorial notes on the new draft

Just some suggested wording changes, nothing substantive:

2.3

"For element instance, XForms 1.1 provides a new optional attribute 
resource that provides an xsd:anyURI link to externally defined initial 
instance data."

to

"XForms 1.1 provides a new optional resource attribute on the instance 
element that provides an xsd:anyURI link to externally defined initial 
instance data."

2.4.6:

"If the property name is not recognized, empty string is returned." --> 
"If the property name is not recognized, anempty string is returned."
