Hi,

  In section 8.1 the definition of the appearance attribute of the
output element refers to a type xforms:QNameButNotNCNAME, for other
elements/attributes it is refered to "QNameButNotNCNAME" without a
prefix. However, the specification lacks a definition of that type.
