XForms CR - 2.1 Discrepancy between code and graphic

In Chapter 2.1 the graphic shows (or so it seems) an appearance which 
corresponds to the second code example.

There is a minor discrepancy between the code which has two labels and the 
graphic.

The code has, for example, "Expiration Date" (with no colon) and the graphic 
has "Expiration Date:" (with a colon). 

The same discrepancy applies with the other label.

While the editors are amending the fantasy of submitting cash via an 
electronic form perhaps these minor discrepancies can also be corrected.
