In section 2.3.
In the instanceData xml example, shouldn't "Credit" be "credit" ?
This is a confusing typo for a beginner. If this is not, then you should explain.

Here is the orginal:

<instanceData>
  <as>Credit</as>
  <cc>1235467789012345</cc>
  <exp>2001-08</exp>
</instanceData>
